Independent energy consulting for site developers

We help clients who are evaluating land for power-intensive projects understand how a utility serves a large load: who serves the site, what the utility's program requires, and what the path to service looks like.

What we do

• Identify the electric utility and market for a site and the transmission nearby.
• Collect and summarize utility large-load programs, application steps, timelines and contract terms.
• Work with utility economic-development and key-account teams on behalf of a client.

How we work with utilities

We ask short, specific questions, we read what the utility publishes before we ask, and we keep what we are told with the utility's name on it. We do not resell utility information and we do not send bulk mail.
